Title: 200Mn Individual Residence at Pamankada
Status: Completed (Defect liability period is going on)

Project Nature: Individual residence with 2 Lifts, 02 Steal stairs, 02 kumbuk stairs, Marble flooring in general areas, special timber
flooring in master bedrooms, special heat resistant roof terrace and massive decorative external steel structure including 04 master bedrooms, 12 normal bedrooms and 16 bathrooms.
QS4U Involvement: Design was changed from 47Mn to 200Mn while construction is going on and 600+ variations were occurred. As a professionals Qs4U was the only QS in this project involved with Main contractor's payment application preparation and certifying after convincing the client,

Status: Completed (Defect liability period is going on)

Project Nature: Individual residence & lump sum project.
QS4U Involvement: Construction was started in early 2019 and COVID lockdowns were affected to the project progress. Economic crisis was also affected to this lump sum project.

Project Nature: Individual residence & lump sum project.
QS4U Involvement: Construction was started in early 2020 and COVID lockdowns were affected to the project progress. Economic crisis was also affected to this lump sum project. Both parties mutually agreed to end the Contract agreement and QS4U implemented a new tool and both parties agreed to continue the project using stage wise quotations. Commencement of each stage material advance was to be paid and QS4U had to always make sure the client's money assurance since there wasn't any advance guarantee & the project cashflow.
