QS4U Involvement: QS4U was appointed as the Engineer's quantity surveyor and project estimation & all the tender documents were prepared by QS4U. Project estimation was changed Due to economic crisis & the material inflation all bidders refused to continue the 03 times as design was changed one time, with the material price increases it was decided to allow CIDA price escalation and even with the price escalations project estimation had to be revised.
